A few year back,I usually had peach and mozzarella,or tomato and mozzarella,but never all three of them,but somehow the trend started and I see many restaurant doing it!
I thing it's a good combination,peach and tomato provide different kind of sweetness and flavour.
The Japanese grown fruits are so much better than ours here,if you make this,I am sure it would be more tasty than mine,so please try,this salad is perfect for summer!
