We have 練り物(various kinds of deep fried mince fish in ball ,sausage shapes and similar)too, and recently I saw this stall selling a whole range of them, makes me think of serving them the Japanese way.My soup is made with fish and also tofu and shredded lettuce are added.
Wow, interesting! 練り物 is familiar to HK people? What kind of dishes to make with this? I want try to eat this😋 Anyway, your title is lovely! Because I keep eating cold dish lately...so I want good warm dishes, like yours😍☝☝
I got the idea from a HK street food "生菜魚肉湯",where lettuce is put into a soup with some練り物,but we don't serve various kinds of 練り物 in one dish like Japanese.
Thank you for the compliment, you are very kind. You seem to be eating in the country side a lot, when are you going home? But have to say BBQ food is nice! Thanks for resnap too!
Morning,Yukari San! We have a lot of 練り物in Chinese food, and different types from different regions too.But I didn't know they have so many different types from one place. So I found these in a stall selling products from Chiu Chow in Canton, and the idea of them all in one dish like Japanese came up,w
which is not usual for us,we normally just serve one or two on top of noodle,or sliced up and stir fried with vegetables.I also take the idea from a HK street food"生菜魚肉湯"where lettuce is served in a soup and tiny fish balls.Thank you for resnap!
in japanese is "namara-oisii" !!
