材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup
All purpose flour
1/2 cup
Salt
1/2 tsp
Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Hot water
1/3-1/2 cup

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Stir in olive oil and water just to combine.

Divide into 4 pieces, roll each piece into a ball. Rest the dough for few minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot, and grease lightly. Roll out the dough and cook each side for 30 seconds.
ポイント

To roll. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortilla. When the pan starts smoking, put a chapati on it.
