ハヤシライス

I have no idea where the name comes from,but for my non Japanese friends,this is hayashi rice,strips of beef,onion and button mushroom are cooked in a demiglace sauce.I didn't make the sauce(it would take me one day),but actually comes in a can,but does the job for me.Something I like to eat on a la

lazy day.
