mushroom and cheese pizza.

The mushrooms are baby portobello, and there is a stuffed mushroom in the center. I simply stuffed it with tomato sauce and covered it in cheese and Italian bread crumbs (and more cheese). I used mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. And a homemade secret recipe crust :D
