Prep: Flour, Eggs and Panko will be seasoned and segregated into 3 seperate pans. The panko doesn't require seasoning, so pour directly into pan. Season flour with garlic salt and pepper then place in 2nd pan. Scramble eggs adding garlic salt and pepper then place in 3rd pan.
Wrap chicken in plastic wrap or ziplock bag and pound thin. Repeat this process for all 6 chicken breasts. Heat pan on medium. Coat each flattened chicken with flour, then egg and last with panko.

Cook: Heat oven at 350. Coat hot pan with oil and add chicken. Fry chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side and place on a cookie sheet. Repeat this process for all 6 pieces of chicken. Place chicken in oven for 5 minutes to complete cooking.
