Banana Blend

Sugar
150 gr
Sponge gell
1 Tsp
Corn Flour
2 Tbsp
Low Protein Flour
200 gr
Milk Powder
2 Tbsp
Baking Powder
1 Tsp
Butter (melted)

作り方

whisk the sugar, eggs & sponge gell until fluffy

add in banana mashed , stir well

add flour and other dry ingredients, stir well

then pour the melted butter stir until blended.

Oven 150-160 °©
Bake 40 min.
ポイント

Do not open the cover of banana in a blender before enter into the dough. that bananas do not change color.
