1 sachet instant green tea 3in1
Half the weigh of item 1, lecithin granules
same weigh of item 1, hot water

Mix everything in a small bowl

Mix with an electric cake mixer until thicken, add lecithin teaspoon by teaspoon if you want to further thicken it
