Capsicum with Mince Meat

Method of Preparation



Heat oil in a pan & add ginger and garlic paste to it.

Once the paste is golden brown add chopped onions, carrot, green peas, beans, remaining capsicum and minced meat. Sauté till vegetable & meat is properly cooked and then add soya sauce & Garam Masala. Now add about 50 grams of grated cheese.

Remove the pan from the burner, fill the capsicum with the above mixture and microwave at 180 degree for ½ hour to 45 minutes till the capsicum becomes soft. Before it is removed from the microwave, place rest of the grated cheese on top of capsicum and microwave it again for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove it from the microwave and serve it hot.

Awesome Stuffed capsicum is ready to be served!

Capsicum-6 nos.

Minced Meat (can use mutton, beef, or pork) – ¼ kg

Carrot – 1 (big)

Beans – 150 grams (cut into small pieces)

Green peas – 100 grams

Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Onion – 2 (medium sized)

Grated Cheese – 150 grams

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp

Oil (refined) – 4 tbsp

Salt to taste
