Wash the aubergines and split them by length. Wash them and drain well. Put halves aubergine on a baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic and bake in the hot oven 190C for 15min.

In a frying pan, heat oil and add chopped onion and minced meet and cook on the intensive heat for 12-15min. Remove from heat and add peeled and cubed tomatoes mixed with a little tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook over medium heat. In the end add parsley and some minced garlic.

Mix minced meat mix with feta and fill the aubergine. Bake at 190-200C for 15min.
