- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F or approximately 150 degrees C

- In the mixing bowl, combine the egg and butte and beat on low-medium until incorporated

- Shape dough into 24 balls. on ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.

- Bake 13-15 minutes or until set. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes
