Heat butter in low flame until it turns light brown. After turning off gas, add little bit of water in butter to make sure the level reaches to 1 cup and let it cool.

In a bowl add sugar, espresso powder, butter and mix it using hand mixer/whisker until it turns creamy in texture.

Add egg and whisk it nicely. Add flour, baking soda and mix it with spatula.

Add chocolate chunks and choco chips. Take a scoop of mixture and place it on a baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Take it out from oven and let it cool for sometime. The cookies are ready to serve.
