- Cook hotdogs. We made them on the bbq. Also we we cut open the hot dogs, stuffed them with sliced cheddar and then wrapped each one in a slice of bacon. You can toast the buns at the same time if you like. <3

- Put spicy mayo and bacon jam on one half of thr bun (1 tbsp per bun) and guacamole and sour cream on the other half.

- Place hotdog on thr bun, then top with potato chip crumbs. Nom away!
