Eggs Benedict on a grilled cheese sandwich instead of English Muffin

- Make grilled cheese sandwich the way you like it. Mine was actually half pancake half bread with grated cheese in the middle.

- Make hollandaise sauce if not using pre-made. I like the ones that come in the international brand dark green packet.

- Poach egg for authenticity. I made mine sunny side up with a runny yolk.

- Assembly! Place grilled cheese, toppings (i used spinach, green peppers, pickled beets and bacon bits), egg and hollandaise sauce on a plate in that order.

- Serve and enjoy!!
ポイント
It's great if you have a helper so that everything finishes cooking around the same time and stays warm. You can easily double or triple this recipe too.
