Actually my first calzone too,but it's the same dough that I use for my pizzas,it's relatively wet and harder to handle(I always knead with hands),but it comes out softer.It's the blow torch method used here again,thanks for teaching me,but this has to be baked in oven.Mushrooms are my best friends

Haha,no no no,I am at HK still and using same old home oven,but it's a little trick Ms Yukari taught me,the blow torch.Sure you know home oven is not hot enough to make the burnt bits,so it was finished with blow torch,it won't taste the same,but it's good enough!It's my first calzone(making),use th
the same dough I use for pizzas,just trying something new here.And I would always choose a place to live with a stone oven rather than a harbour view!Thank you for the kind words as always,and many resnaps too!
