Roasted cherry tomatoes and poached egg spaghetti

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Cherry tomatoes, washed
10 or more if desired
Red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons
Olive oil
1.5 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon
Spaghetti of choice
1 serving
Herbs of choice
Add as desired to tomatoes
作り方

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.
2.Wash and halve all cherry tomatoes.
3. Combine olive oil, vinegar and salt with cherry tomatoes. (Add herbs if desired, eg Rosemary)
4. Place tomatoes sliced side up on oven tray and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Prepare shallow pan and boil water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and poach egg. Set aside egg.
6. Prepare pasta as instructed on the package.
7. Combine pasta with tomatoes and serve with poached egg on top.
