Place vegetables of 1st step and minced pork together in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper, then mix them until getting sticky. (If need, add plain flour lil bit to make easy to round them)

Divide 5 to 6 of step2, and round and make oval meat balls.

Boil water(exempt ingredients). Dip Chinese leaves to be soften. Wrap up balls of step3 with those Chinese cabbages. (If you have wooden needles, stick the edge of leaves with them to stop unwrapping)

Jam rolls of step4 in a pot, and pour boiled water. Add white wine, chicken stock and chopped ginger. Stem 10-15min with middle heat.
