1 onion About a handful of the strips(I like Frys, really good texture) Fry the chopped onion with the strips in olive oil and pepper with sweet basil Add the halved mushrooms(careful not to overcook them) Add a little cornflour(basis for the mushroom sauce Add about 1/3 cup of tomato purée Some water(not too much) Simmer for 5 mins
