After I had a prosciutto salad with goat cheese dreasing, walnuts and raisins at a small restaurant in Yokohama, I couldn't forget it. So I made a copycat with the ingredients I had in my fridge, and it turned out pretty great, actually. The salty cheese dressing creates a perfect contrast with the sweet raisins and the walnuts give just about the right crunchiness. I also added some cottage cheese. The only thing missing was the prosciutto! Maybe next time.
