Meat lettuce rolls

Everytime I find cheap meat at the market it's certain that I'm going to make lettuce rolls. It's healthier than eating with plain rice, and it's so yummy. Today I added some cucumber as well and they gave just the crunchiness I was looking for. Toss some scallions on top and you're ready to go! It's delicious, it's healthy and it's cheap! If you don't want to have the trouble to roll them, just lay the meat on top of the lettuce and it's still as good.
