Grind poppy seed and if not using it right away (which is the best) put it in the freezer until being used.

Mix flour with baking powder separately. Mix eggs and sugar well, add oil and then flour and baking powder mixture. Add milk and poppy seed.

Preheat the oven to 180C, put baking sheet into the baking tray. Pour all mixture into the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.

Chocolate glaze: double boil method. Place a wide skillet with a little bit of water on the stove. Place chocolate, water and powder sugar into the heatproof bowl. Place it over wide skillet. Bring the water to the simmer and then low heat until melted. Turn off the heat and add the melted butter and mix until completely melted.

When cake is cooled down spread orange or other jam evenly on the top and then pour chocolate glaze on the top. Put it in the fridge until it's cooled down. Cut it in cubes and serve or keep it in fridge or freezer.
