Place dry yeast the warm water, add 1tsp of sugar, leave aside for 10 min. Sip the bread flour into bigger bowl, add salt, egg, oil, yeast and little by little warm milk, knead until even.

Leave it to rest for at least 30min at warm place until double size.

Decoration preparation: Mix sipped flour, warm water and gelatin powder, knead it. Add more flour if sticky. Put it in a plastic bag and leave it to rest 30min. Spread it with rolling pin until thin and make decoration(leaves, roses). Leave aside.

When the dough is twice a size, knead it again, separate 150g and leave aside. From the rest of the dough form 8 even balls (add more flour if sticky).

Prepare the round baking dish(20cm), brush it with oil and sip some flour on all sides.Put eight balls on the sides. From the first 150g of dough form 5 balls and put them in the middle.(symbol of cross).

Mix one egg, spread it on the dough and leave it to rest for 15min. Decorate the cake as you like( don’t spread egg on decoration part, they should stay white).

Preheat the oven to 220C, after 10min from start of baking lower the temperature to 200C and bake for another 40min.(overall 50min)

After 25min from the start of baking place alumni foil onto bread.

When finished place it on the cooling rack, let it cool down a little bit and share with your loved ones.
