Mix flour, sugar, salt, add soften butter. Put yolk and water and mix until you get compact hard dough (if necessary add more water).

Put baking sheet in the tray. Using rolling pin roll the dough to the size of your tray and put it inside (sides can stay above a lit). Make holes with fork. Mix eggs, yolk, milk, fresh cream and sugar in separate bowl.

Place prunes evenly onto the dough and pour the milk mixture on top of it. Top it with almond powder.

Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 45-50min.

When it’s cooled down sip powder sugar. This cake is also very delicious cold the next day. ( Possible to freeze it.)
