Place dry yeast and sugar in warm milk and let it stay until it bubbles. In deeper pot mix 1 egg and one yolk with melted butter, add salt, yeast and flour little by little.
3
Knead until you get smooth dough and leave at warm place for 45min. Knead it again and leave for another 30min.
4
Separate the dough in two even parts and using rolling pin spread both in two circles, then spread melted butter on top of both.
5
Put one circle on top another, then roll it and cut the roll with knife in 8-10 separate pieces (all same width).
6
Put the baking sheet on oven tray and place one part in the center and other all around, forming the shape similar to sun. Spread one egg white (that you mixed beforehand) and sprinkle sesame.
7
Leave it for 15min. Bake on 200C in preheated oven for 40-45min.
