Food from Hanoi

Being a big lover of Vietnamese food,there is no reason for me not to travel over and sample their local food,during the five days trip being there,there wasn't one single dish that I didn't like,also helps me a great deal when it comes to making them myself!

Haha,just confirmed Vietnamese for you ,they don't eat あらいぐま,only because they don't have them in Vietnam,but they eat everything else,dogs,cats,lizards etc..but not for me😊...

You are welcome,I am glad to come back your memories too.Actually it was you that made me decide to go,looking at your beautiful blue line ceramic.It really is a pleasant city,food is great,people are friendly and honest,and everything is so cheap I tried not to smile too much(so hard)!Now I regret

I don't bring enough ceramic back..It's hard to pick what I like best,but my perfect bite of food always consist with some noodle,grilled meat,crunchy fresh vegetable,aromatic spice and herb,so it got to be bun cha and banh cuon.Vietnamese baguette also good,but in fact all are great!Actually I will

post a bigger "banh cuon"steamed rice roll,so you can see clearer,and anything else you'd like to see?

對啊，每一道也是不花巧地道美食，本來很想吃那裏的蝸牛檬粉，但沒有時間，下次再試吧！嗯，越南菜在沖繩也許罕見一點，也考慮去一趟吧！

短期內要去越南應該不容易(>_<)我12月回台灣先去解饞😋台灣很多越南人開的餐廳和小吃，口味都很好也算地道，順便買些食材回來，沖繩選擇性太少了😄

台灣也好,我所發覺其實大部份越南菜也不太難做，本身的配搭也很美味，只要找到好材料便可以！有機會再去吧！
