put yellow lentils and water inside the pan, let the water till boiled, after that reduce the heat, cover and simmer till all the water absorb to the lentils, switch off the flames, let it cold.

after the cooked yellow lentils cold, add rice flour, egg, chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, salt, black pepper powder coriander powder,chili powder, and baking powder mixed well,

inside the frying pan, heat the oil, wait until oil really hot, then add the lentils batter in to it, add spoon by spoon, so the batter itself will turn into round/oval shape, fry deep fry until golden brown and crispy in medium heat
