Egg-fried Cauliflower with Warm Rice

Cauliflower

Egg

Cut cauliflowers into bite size bits.

Dipped cauliflower in egg (beaten and add a pinch of salt).

Fry egg dipped cauliflowers into hot cooking oil.

Toss it once its golden brown. Place it on kitchen towel before serving to remove access oil.

Have it with warm rice.

Suitable for kids. Works better if you use new oil, the cauliflowers will be prettier and not soggy.
