もずくとさくわの卵焼き

Still have mozuku a colleague brought back from Okinawa,continue searching for ways to cook them.This one is way more delicious than what I expected!!

現在日本秋刀魚的季節，我這次才發現香港也可以買到秋刀魚，感到吃驚！

抱歉令你誤會，新鮮的秋刀魚是有的，但品質沒什麼特別，我日常吃的都是冷凍的，有大量的供應，日本或台灣進口，家常料理用也可以的，價錢更是便宜得發笑呢！

形はミニチヂミみたい。
で、もずくとは、これまた面白い。海鮮卵焼き、あおさと干しエビとか、他の具材でも美味しそう。真似してみます。

There are many food that look very similar,round shape made with some kind of egg batter,all happen to be appealing to me too!
This is is out of my expectation,really tasty,easy to make too,mozuku mixed with other ingredients,add flour,eggs,then sauté.I find chikuwa works really well here,but I think other seafood is just as good,I will explore mozuku more!!

It doesn't look very good, but tastes quite delicious!
Fantastic idea to add Sakura ebi,must be good!This recipe goes well with many seafood,I want to try our baby oyster(かき) too
