Istarski fuži sa pršut i šparoga🇭🇷 Istrian fuzi with Istrian Prosciutto and Asparagus🇭🇷

材料・調味料 (7 人分)
Pasta(Fuzi)
500g
Olive oil
10tbs
Prosciutto, sliced
10slices
Baby asparagus
20pc
Double cream
400ml
Salt, pepper
To taste
Parsley, chopped

作り方

Clean the asparagus. (Chop the woody parts off, peel the lower part and cut a bit).

Cook the asparagus in salted water for 5min upright having them in water only half length. Strain and cook.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the prosciutto for a minute till crispy. When it's done, remove from the pan.

Add the cooked asparagus and fry for a minute. Add cream and continue cooking till it thickens a bit. Remove from the stove.

Add prosciutto, pepper and parsley. Taste and add salt if it's needed.

In a boiling water, cook the fresh fuzi for 4 min, drain and add to the sauce. Mix well and immediately.
