TOFU BURGER

In a bowl, mix mashed tofu, minced/diced vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.), flour, black pepper, salt and/or shiitake powder or broth, water, egg (optional but recommended). The consistency should be a bit thicker than pancake mixture. Fry in hot oil and medium fire.
