Skin potatoes, slice them in circle 1cm thick. Put them in a bowl adding oil and 1tsp of Vegeta and mix them.

Chop the onion finely and cook it in the frying pan around 5min until translucent. Add minced meat and continue cooking for another 5min, add salt and pepper, Vegeta, paprika powder and dry parsley and cook for 1min or so.

Take bigger oven dish and grease it with some oil. Put half of potatoes on the bottom, add all meat evenly and the rest of potatoes on the top. Put alumni foil and bake on 200C for 30min.

Mix all ingredients for sauce. Take the dish out from the oven, pour sauce all over it and bake for another 30min on same temperature without aluminum foil. It is done when it gets nicely brownish on the top. Cool it down and cut.

It’s recommended to have Musaka with green salad or cabbage salad that has vinegar inside.
