Hi はやちんさん! I am so glad Autumn came,lovely weather and many delicious autumn food available! In Hong Kong there is mainly city life,not many farms,forest or parks to be found.I picked up these chestnut shells from a park in London while I was there.They are good as photo props小道具,very precious to me now! As chestnut dessert,we will naturally think of Mont Blanc and I love it,but I want to make it more special putting in tiramisu,I found out chestnut purée goes well with mascarpone and also coffee!
