So happy you like this!Chestnut goes really well with tiramisu!The purée was handmade,but I had no need to make too much.Using can one always leaves me with too much leftover...
I still have a little left,need to think what I should do with it...

Thank you so very much for your comments,I really enjoy what I do here,making food and taking a few snaps,all the beautiful photos from the media have been giving me the motivation to do some of my own,regrettably I have only one day off a week to do so,but I try to put some effort in it!
Well,I hope you are doing well,if possible please come back more,it would be everyone's interest to see your wonderful creations!

Hi はやちんさん! I am so glad Autumn came,lovely weather and many delicious autumn food available!
In Hong Kong there is mainly city life,not many farms,forest or parks to be found.I picked up these chestnut shells from a park in London while I was there.They are good as photo props小道具,very precious to me now!
As chestnut dessert,we will naturally think of Mont Blanc and I love it,but I want to make it more special putting in tiramisu,I found out chestnut purée goes well with mascarpone and also coffee!

私、ニ回ほど香港に行ったことあります。もう２０年以上前の事だけど😅
確かに、畑や山などの自然はほとんど見かけませんでしたね。
これはロンドンの栗なんですね🌰✨

モンブランはあまり好きじゃないんだけど、マスカルポーネやコーヒーと合わせるとさっぱりして美味しそですね😊
栗は茹でてそのまま食べるのが一番好きかな〜😅
