Thank you Makiko San!I always try different version of carbonara,this time with this seasonal bamboo shoot,not only I love it's crunchy texture,it also goes well with bacon and cheese.Too bad I had to buy it,I wish I could pick them at bamboo forest...it's absolutely nothing that we could pick for free in HK😢.

春天來了,想到竹筍,這種食材,真的很百搭的,中國菜有很多都用它作配料,今次試做這道意麵,效果也很不錯!
我想你的意思是說鮮奶油(生クリーム)吧,這個中港台也有不同叫法。
你說得對,正宗意式是沒有的,乳酪的味道很特出,我特別喜歡。但我也絕不介意那種和風的,鮮奶油加牛乳,疍黃之外還有很多不同的日式的配料,感覺很豐富的。除了名字外,我會當它是不同的料理,味道根本是不錯的!香港也像其他的地方,總有些人認為正宗的那種乾乾的很不濟,但希望他們日後可以改變看法吧。
這種鍋的確是專業地方買的,夠高度又輕身,特別適合做意麵的,鋁製的不那麼會焦糊,價格也不高,家用也絶對可以的。之前在香港的muji 看到一隻更理想的,但一下子便賣光了,之後一直再也未曾見過...

一直很喜歡和服,沒有幾多個大城市,可以常常看到穿傳統服飾的,日本便是這樣可愛的地方,畫面也實在漂亮!這樣優良的文化,要靠你們流傳下去了!我還未過,但也很想試試,日後希望擁有一屬於自己的,當然會認真研究正確的穿着方式,不然的話太失禮了!
