作り方

Tart shell

1. mix butter,salt and sugar to combine well

2. add egg

3. add flour and ground almond

4. form into dough. Wrap with cling wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 min or until easy to handle

5. take out dough and roll out to 5mm thick. Put into mould and cut away excess. Put one side

Egg filling

1. warm milk with sugar until sugar melt( do not boil the milk)

2. mix ground almond, egg, cream, vanilla essence till combine and add in warm milk. Mix to combine

3. sifted the mixture

Tart & filling

1. arrange the cherry on the tart shell

2. slowly pour in the egg mixture

3. put into preheated oven and bake at 190 for 30 min or until tart shell turn golden brown

4. once done, cool on wire rack and put in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or overnight.

5. glaze 2 layer of apricot glaze(1:1) before serve
