レシピ
材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Flour, sifted
250g
Yoghurt
100g
Egg
1pc
Kiri or any cheese
6pc
Salt
1/2 tsp
Sugar
1tsp
Baking powder
1tsp
Baking Soda
1/2tsp
Veg oil or olive oil
2-3tbs
Brush: Garlic, crushed
2-3cloves
Butter(mix little oil avoiding getting hard)

作り方

Add baking powder and Soda into yoghurt then mid well. Add yoghurt mixture into sifted flour and knead well.

Add sugar, salt, oil and knead well there rest the dough for 30min.

Separate into 6pc and roll each of them. Add Kiri and parsley in the middle, close them and roll them again into circles.

Heat the skillet pan well and add oil slightly. Fry the dough until they get brown.

Brush garlic butter mixture when they cooked. Serve with soup.
