Matcha greentea ice cream

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Half and half
2 cup
Heavy whipping cream
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Match greentea powder
3 tbsp
Pinch of salt
作り方

Mixed all ingredients together in a sauce pan over medium heat until matcha and sugar dissolve. Place in refrigerator until cool.

Pour desired amount into ice cream maker. Enjoy!!!
ポイント

Warm half and half with heavy whipping cream +pinch of salt --then add sugar Matcha power. Mix them together with whisk -- it's easy way.
