Add dry yeast, sugar 1tbs of flour into warm milk, wait for 10 min until bubbly. Mix 1egg, oil, salt and yogurt in a bigger bowl, then add bubbly yeast mixture. Add flour little by little knead until compact.

Leave to rest for at least 30min until double in size.

Decoration: Mix flour, gelatin powder and salt. Add water and mix well. Separate in 6 even parts: from 5 of them made wheat and from the rest one ribbon.

When dough is double size, add a coin( wrapped in foil) and knead again. Put cooking sheet in to a bigger oval dish, form a oval shape of bread and place in the middle. Let it rise for another 30min in warm place.

Mix one egg and spread onto the dough then add prepared decoration. Preheat the oven to 200C, put aluminum foil over the bread and bake for 30-40min until golden brown.
