What would you order after a Chinese meal,it used to be mango pudding when I was a kid,but now it's got up be annin tofu!
Mango pudding is simple enough,my version is mango purée and mango flesh,blitzed with a blender,then mixed with milk cream sugar and gelatin.

thing to eat,unlike other things,I absolutely have no problem having artificial almond flavouring.This one I used milk,water,寒天粉 and an almond syrup that I bought from an old shop,which claims it's made from pure almond and no added flavoring.

this has be eaten with the Del Monte's canned fruit cocktail,they just meant to be together!I use the syrup from the fruit too,slightly diluted with water,and one important trick,I always add a few drops of lemon juice,it will make a whole lot of difference,trust me!

Chinese dishes,people don't like them,but I always grab them myself(green ones too)!Yep,you'll be amazed what lemon juice does to this!Slightly tart syrup makes it make refreshing,you have to try,please!
