I don't really follow "recipes" but I can certainly tell you what i used. I sauteed onion, zucchini, and summer squash in butter and grapeseed oil, then i added a large can of crushed tomatoes. and simmered that before adding the tvp. (total vegetable protein). the sauce thickened so i added some water and simmered some more. and i just threw in what ever spices i had.(s+p, ground corriander, mrs. dash, I was low on spices lol. )
