トマトの肉詰め、梅しょうかドレッシング/stuffed tomato salad with plum and ginger dressing

The stuffing is pork with shio konbu (塩昆布)added,roasted in oven and cooled,served with green salad.

Thanks you always for kind comments!I have added shio konbu in minced meat mix many times now,it's my little trick to make things more delicious!And naturally,ume and ginger go well with tomato and pork,just old combination with new appearance!

Thank you Makiko!You are right,pepper and shiitake stuffed with meat are common,and as a salad,tomato stuffed with rice is better known,but I wanted to create something new,that came out very delicious,super juicy meat ball with tomato on the outside!
Having said that,it's really just the appearance being something new,the flavour combination is very standard!

This one is roasted in oven,very easy,the small size tomato doesn't need long time,and it holds the shape.Could be eaten hot or cold,very juicy!
The ume and ginger is easy to think of,always good with pork and tomato,perfect for summer too !
