When the veges are almost boiled, you can make meatballs by mixing meat, egg, salt and pepper, then after mixing them , form all the meat mixture in small balls.

After forming the balls, put them inside the soup and let it boil.

When everything is boiled, add borscht, salt and pepper.

Borscht Make the husti(starter): in a ceramic pot or jar, crumble the bread, add 200g wheat bran and moisten these ingredients with a little water.

After we prepared the husti (starter), let it in the pot 2days for fermenting (the pot should stay in a warm place).

After 2 days, add 400g wheat bran 2tbsp corn grits and 5l of warm water ; let this composition 2 days for fermentation, after strain, boil and put it in clean bottle.
