2 onions
sliced
ginger&garlic
minced
Potato
small cube
Basmati rice

In pressure cooker put little oil.. when heated put jeera, long dalchini.. saute.. put gingergarlic chopped & saute.. put chopped onions & saute.. put pork & saute on high flame, then put 1/2glass water & give 4 whistles.

Open lid &put potato cubes & saute on high flame till oil separates & now put basmati rice (soaked for 1 HR. & dried) & Bhoonofy for 2 minutes. Pour double the quantity of water compared to rice measurement. Give 2 whistles. Allow to rest.

Dish it out on a plate. Garnish.
