Hot pea stew

作り方

- Soak dried peas overnight.
- 2
- Add soaked peas to a good amount of boiling water.
Add all ingredients chopped.
Close lid and let simmer until peas are cooked.

- Add more water during cooking if it looks like the stew is going dry.
Add salt to taste and some olive oil.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

Serve with pasta, quinoa, rice or steamed potatoes.
