Make bouillon soup placing consommé cube into the water and cook until it melts.

Cut bacon in thicker slices, chop parsley finely.

Put some oil in the frying pan, cut chicken in thin parts, coat them with salt, pepper and vegeta and cook it over high heat on both sides until brownish. Take out and place in the oven dish.

Add remaining oil in the same frying pan, cook bacon and then add flour, mix well and add bouillon little by little so you can get medium thick sauce. After few minutes turn off the heat, add sour cream and Italian parsley (leave some for garnish).

Pour over the chicken. Preheat the oven 170C and bake for 30min.
