Bareni krompir
Potatoes
400g
Garlic
1 clove
Bay leaves
1-2pc
Salt and pepper
To taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
作り方

Peel the skin of potatoes, wash it, cut in halves or fourth and cook in the water together with salt, pepper, bay leaves and garlic clove until done.

Drain, salt then a bit, cool down and sprinkle with Italian parsley.
