chicken liver
150-200g
minced garlic
1 clove
minced ginger
15g
white wine
1 Tbs
olive oil
1 Tbs
butter
20g
lemon juice
1 Tbs
celery salt
1 tsp
salt & pepper
as U like
pink peppercorn
as U like
mint leaf
as U like
作り方

Soak liver in cold water for 10 mins then cut out excess fat & blood. Panfry all ingredients except for * garnish while mashing and blending liver with seasoning until most liquid evaporates.

Plate, garnish and serve with your favourite crackers or bread.

Also could use as spread on Bahn mi sandwich.
