Bánh mì/バインミー/ Vietnamese cold cuts sandwich

Had a really good one while I was in Hanoi.
Made this with the pork head terrine that I made a while ago. I also made the daikon and carrot pickle, would also love to make the pâté and gio lua myself too.Maybe next time…

A client recommended this to me long time ago, didn't care for it much at first, but grew to love over the years. This group still remains a mystery to me, all I know is that they come from Portuguese, and I don't even know what kind of genre this music is, but I don't care…

I think it's not too difficult,you could make daikon pickle yourself,which is easy,and you could make the terrine,slightly now difficult,but I'm sure you can handle.And the rest,you could buy,like the gio lua and pâté.
