Pork (shoulder)

Long green onion

Big Paprika

Dry chilli

Tomato paste

Water
50ml
Red wine
50ml
Parsley
3strings
Salt and pepper
To taste
Paprika powder
1-2tbs
Bay leaves

Veg oil

作り方

Thinly slice onion, long green onion and paprika. Cut pork meat into bite-size. Chop parsley.

Pour veg oil into a pressure cooker, fry meat, onion, long green onion and paprika for 5min.

Add chili, parsley, paprika powder, bay leaves, tomato paste, red wine and salt and pepper to taste.

Finally add water and cook for 15-20min in pressure cooker.

Porched eggs, optional
Boil water in the frying pan. Add a pinch of salt. Break eggs into boiling water, when egg white cooked take out from the pan.
Serve on the meat.
