Indonesian dish : Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice)
Indonesian fried rice was dubbed as one of the tastiest dish in the world by CNN in 2011... the difference between Indonesian fried rice compared to other version of fried rice is its use of big chili paste in the usual mixture of shallots and garlic. In Java islands, also common to add a bit of shrimp paste (Terasi or more popular w belacan), a bit of sweet soy sauce and ground up shrimp.
This is a modified version since I put crispy bacon... simply because I loved bacon. About 80 percent of Indonesians are devout Moslem, making it the largest concentration of Moslem in the world. Although our majority embraced moslem, but we are not a moslem country do to the Indonesian believe in Bhineka Tunggal Ika or one in diversity.......
