Put water and butter (room temperature) into a pot and bring them to boil.

Pour all the flour into the hot mixture and stir to combine. Put the pot back to the heat and stir constantly until the dough comes away from the sides of the pot and forms a thick smooth ball.

Bring the pot away from the heat and stir constantly. When the dough turns lukewarm, put in an egg and stir till combine.

Pour another egg and stir till combine to form a smooth dough ball.

Prepare the oven by turning it up to 200 degree celsius.

Pipe the mixture into 12 separate balls onto a damp bakin sheet placed on the oven and insert the pan into the oven. Bake it for 20 minutes.

Place the pan onto a cooling rack. Meanwhile, put whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl. Whip it till soft peak appears.
